Order cancellation policy
Once you have placed your order (either online or by phone) it is usually processed and shipped within 1 business day but sometimes depending on the time of day it may be processed and shipped immediately after it has been placed so if you decide to cancel your order please notify us BY PHONE immediately to avoid paying any processing or shipping fees. We have no problem canceling your order for you but once we process an order we are charged handling fees by the credit card companies which are non refundable. Once an order has been shipped we have already paid the shipping cost to the post office and those shipping costs are also not refundable. If you decide to cancel an order and it has already been processed or shipped we can only refund you the purchase price of the items and can not refund any shipping or handling fees that we may have incurred.
